Public exhibition - April 25

In April 2025, we held a public exhibition in the local area to bring forward a revised design which would continue to sit sensitively within the existing landscape whilst maximising the battery energy storage potential. The public exhibition enabled people to find out more and provide us with their views.

The public exhibition initiated a consultation period being run by RES to gather comments on the proposal. The closing date for comments was Saturday 17 May 2025. 

Comments submitted to RES at the public exhibition were not representations to the determining authority (Mid and East Antrim Borough Council). There is an opportunity to submit representations to the determining authority now an application has been made.
